Hand-made Line Carrier Parachutes by Chuters

Line Carrier Parachutes that Last

Company History

Over 12 years ago Chuters was formed to solve the problem of unreliable and costly line carriers. After much trial and error Barb Turner designed a version of a line carrier that she named a Chute. Her family’s utility construction company utilized the Chutes as its design performed well on the jobsites. Before long she was selling her Chutes to other underground utility contractors as well as equipment supply companies.

The flexibility and creativity that Barb was able to offer with her Chutes was unsurpassed. She has been able to offer Chutes in different styles and fabrics to meet the needs of her customers. She even worked closely with an east coast company to modify her design to work specifically with their air gun that was going to the market.

Chuters is now owned and operated by Barb’s daughter-in-law Erica Turner. We still offer the original design of the chutes in various sizes and colors. Additionally, we have added wholesale discounts of 100 pieces or more and fabric options which include 420d nylon and 600x300 PVC backed nylon.

All of our products are hand made in Hillsboro, Oregon. The Chutes can be ordered in the current original design or you can contact us about customizing our product to fit your needs.
